# ServiceNow

ServiceNow driver'ı bağlantıyı, incident tablosundan en fazla bir örnek kayıt okuyarak doğrular. OAuth access token veya kullanıcı adı/parola kullanılabilir.

**Console kurulumu:** Talep üzerine.

## Yapılandırma

`access_token` veya `username` + `password` seçeneklerinden biri zorunludur. İkisi de verilirse access token tercih edilir.

## Yapılan çağrı

Driver tek bir `GET /api/now/table/incident` isteği yapar. İstek `sysparm_limit=1` kullanır ve `number`, `sys_id`, `state`, `short_description` ve `sys_updated_on` alanlarını ister.

## Dönen metadata

Başarılı sonuç `slug`, `provider`, `http_status`, `instance_url`, `sample_size`, `sample_incident_number`, `sample_incident_sys_id` ve `sample_incident_state` alanlarını içerir. `sample_size`, `sysparm_limit=1` istenen yanıtta alınan kayıt sayısıdır.
